Hand harvested at night and whole cluster pressed. It was then barrel fermented with native yeast and malolactic fermentations. Aging was sur lie for 16 months in French oak; 25% new. This wine was bottled unfined and unfiltered. Exotic aromas of lemon verbena, oysters, iodine, and wet rock on the nose. The flavors of this vintage echo the nose along with a focused and very textural mid-palate.
